These Terms govern your use of AutoStock, an inventory and point-of-sale service operated by Nurovia Group (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AutoStock helps auto-parts shops manage stock, look up vehicle fitment, scan and label products, run counter sales, and manage multiple branches. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your staff's accounts, and everything done under them. Keep your login details secure, use strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Free plans and access codes may be offered at our discretion. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use AutoStock to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach security or access other shops' data, or resell the service without our permission.
5. Your data
Your inventory, sales, and business data belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You can export your data from Settings, and request deletion of your account. See our Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
AutoStock's photo-scan and fitment suggestions are aids, not guarantees. Suggested part categories, shelf locations, and vehicle fitment may be wrong — always confirm before saving or selling. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and sell.
7. Availability
We work to keep AutoStock available and offline-capable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using AutoStock at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we're required to act on.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
