Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nurovia Group (“we”) collects, why, and your rights. It applies to the AutoStock inventory and point-of-sale service.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email, business name, contact details, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Business data — the products, stock, prices, suppliers, sales, receipts, and branches you enter.
  • Photos you scan — images of part boxes you upload for identification.
  • Usage & device data — basic logs (including IP address and login attempts) to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process your subscription, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and improve AutoStock. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service, and share only what's needed:
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Hosting & database — our cloud hosting and database providers store your data securely.
  • Email provider — to send invites and password-reset links.
  • AI provider — box-scan photos are sent to our AI provider to read the label; they are not used to train their models.

Where your data is stored

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. We take steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (e.g. for tax).

Security

We protect your account with hashed passwords, signed sessions, optional two-factor authentication, encrypted connections, and strict separation so no shop can see another's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

Your rights

Depending on your country (including under POPIA, the NDPR, and similar laws), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. You can export your data any time from Settings, or contact us to make a request.

Cookies

We use a single secure cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
